No Less Than Everything is a melodic metal band from southern Connecticut that formed in June of 2003. The band consisted of Jason Crumb on vox, Dave Celozzi on guitar, Tom Hawes on bass and Mike Jackson on drums. In September of 2005 the guys added Gary Crumb as a second guitar player and continued to refine their sound. In May of 2008 Dave Celozzi left the band and Tom Hawes filled his place on guitar. In August, Dave Crumb, the third (and last) of the Crumb brothers, joined the band to fill the vacancy of a bass player.
With influences such as Zao, Norma Jean, and Living Sacrifice they bring an old school groove combined with a touch of new school chaos, while at the same time sustaining a melodic element to their sound. Drummer Mike Jackson adds more color to the spectrum with the subtleties of Latin jazz and African tribal rhythms.
No Less Than Everything brings a passion and intensity to the stage that creates an intoxicating atmosphere. Combine that energy with sincerity in every word sung and you will see that they are not only there to entertain you, but to reach you. The bands main focus is to give their listeners a sense of hope, in a world where we could all use a little.
"No Less Than Everything is chaotic hardcore meets melodious metal with some intricate and almost tribal drum beats tying it all together. The mix of influences includes Latin jazz — not what you'd expected from hardcore but they tie it together in a loud, distorted package."
